Going back through all the photo’s I’ve taken of Dexter over the last few months, it’s easy to see what really excites my little guy… and what doesn’t!

Watching Cloudbabies = LOVE

I have to credit the wonderful ET Speaks From Home for this. She hosted a competition with Abbey Home Media and we won lots of lovely DVD’s. At first Dexter couldn’t get his head around the TV (and I’m actually really grateful he’s not obsessed with it) - but when that theme tune comes on, he’s gripped!

Reading = HIT OR MISS

Get my child in the right mood and he’s positively enthralled by a good book… in a grumpy mood he pulls the funniest faces!

Admiring oneself in the mirror - BEST THING EVER

A budding actor perhaps? This one makes me think of Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver “You talkin’ to me?”

Chewing toys, clothing, remote controls, baby wipes, camera lens cap, nappies… in fact, anything = PRICELESS

Yep. Everything disappears into his gob. Nothing is too large, too tough, too disgusting, too expensive, too dangerous… to have a nom nom on.

Standing up - “IN MY OWN TIME MUM!”

We’ve been advised that Dexter has a tendency to stand on tippie-toes and we need to encourage him to get more flat-footed. Dexter doesn’t care much for it!
